Le Chic Kidswear processes personal data in the course of its activities. This Privacy statement & Cookie policy (hereinafter: “Statement”) has been prepared to inform Le Chic Kidswear customers, Le Chic Kidswear suppliers, visitors to the Le Chic Kidswear website and other persons who contact Le Chic Kidswear (for example, via the contact form on the Le Chic Kidswear website) about the processing of their personal data by Le Chic Kidswear. Le Chic Kidswear processes the following personal data of the categories of data subjects mentioned in the introduction to this Statement:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Employer and position (in the case of suppliers)
- IP address
- Data about your activities on our website
- Internet browser and device type
- Bank account number
Le Chic Kidswear obtains this personal data because you provide it to us when you use our services, or because it is collected when you use our website.
You are under no circumstances required to provide your data to Le Chic Kidswear. However, if you decide not to provide your data, we cannot offer our services to you (in full).
Special and/or sensitive data we process
Le Chic Kidswear does not intend to process special and/or sensitive personal data or collect personal data from website visitors under the age of 18. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 18. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at klantenservice@lechickidswear.com, and we will delete this information.

Le Chic Kidswear processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated decision-making
Le Chic Kidswear does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This concerns decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement, such as by an employee of Le Chic Kidswear.
How long we retain personal data
Le Chic Kidswear does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Broadly speaking, we apply the following retention periods for personal data:
- we retain customer data for up to 2 years after the end of the customer relationship;
- messages sent via the online contact form are deleted after the message has been handled;
- we retain tax data for up to 7 years after the data is collected.
Access to your personal data
Le Chic Kidswear handles your personal data with care. This also means that your personal data is accessible (internally) only to our employees insofar as this is necessary for the performance of their duties for the purposes stated in this Statement.
